Gary Redwine
Managing Member
For over 25 years, Gary drilled and operated over 250 wells in Oklahoma, Texas, Wyoming and Colorado, primarily focusing on the Arkoma Basin in Oklahoma. Additionally, he has participated on a working interest basis on more than 100 wells with other O & G operators. He drilled not only conventional vertical wells, but more than 25 horizontal wells, and has extensive experience in current fracing techniques. He has substantial experience in accounting, negotiating leases and has overseen disbursement of over 600 royalty checks per month.
Gavin Glenn

In 2007, Gavin worked for Broadway Minerals Corporation as In-House Counsel where he planned and directed all aspects of the legal affairs of the company, including contract disputes, farm-out/farm-in agreements, unit designations and coordination of title opinions. Since 2012, Gavin has worked for his company Glenn Land & Legal, PLLC where his practice focused on focusing on the transactional side of oil, gas and renewable energy law, including purchase and sale agreements, title review, and land management projects.
Holt Redwine

Holt began his career in the oil and gas industry in 2008, as a freshman attending Texas Christian University. While working as a landman, he gained experience going door to door negotiating oil and gas leases with mineral owners in the Barnett Shale play as well as traveling to Oklahoma to research mineral and leasehold ownership in the Woodford Shale play.
Adam Foster
Landman
Adam graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Political Science and completed the Business Foundations Program at McCombs School of Business. He earned Petroleum Land Management certificates from the University of Houston (2012) and Texas Christian University (2014). As acquisitions manager, he tracks leasing, creates maps, negotiates terms, and has contracted over 2,000 acres for solar development. He is an active member of the AAPL.
Justin Clary
Engineering Manager
Justin managed the construction of more than 50 commercial-scale solar projects in the state of Texas. The clients for past projects include Ikea, Toyota, Sunpower, HEB, Tesla, Verizon, and Total. Justin graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2002 with a degree in engineering. He is a licensed master electrician in the state of Texas. Justin is also a NABCEP-certified PV installation professional.
